DELIVERY
Postage and packing is charged at £2.25 in the UK (additional postage charges may be applied to overseas orders). There is FREE DELIVERY on orders over £30.00.

To avoid any damage, prints on paper are sent unmounted in a postal tube. Linen blocks will be suitably wrapped.

Please allow 28 days for delivery as items are printed individually and may not be in stock at time of ordering.

We endeavour to process orders immediately and should you require urgent delivery please email us. In the unlikely event of a print being out of stock we will let you know and give you an expected delivery date.

TAX
If ordering from outside the UK, it is possible that your purchase will be liable to import taxes or duties. In such instances, any costs must be met by the buyer.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase a refund of the purchase price less £15 shipping and handling costs may be effected. The refund is conditional on the print being returned in its original state and packaging within 20 days of its original shipping date.

Return the print(s) to us, using the same postal tube in which your order was sent to you. You will then have your payment refunded via the same payment method used to place your order less £15 shipping costs. The returned print(s) must be in perfect condition and you have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Please also ensure that the package is tracked so that return receipt can be confirmed.

Should an item become sold out a full refund will also be effected if necessary.

PRINT INFO
Angeline's prints are available as high quality Goutelette prints. Each reproduction is part of a limited edition and is individually signed by the artist. The editions are kept small making them more exclusive and collectable.

In addition, Printed Linen Blocks are available for Plants with Animal names series. See below for details of this medium.

Sizes of prints in the Gallery are given in centimetres, width x height. All sizes given are approximate. All sizes are for the paper and not the exact area of each image.
We do not offer a framing service.

Goutelette prints
To create each print the image is sprayed onto the paper at the rate of one million droplets of ink per second giving a continuous tone result that can be applied to nearly any paper surface. This technique, although slow, produces prints that are rich in colour, with a flawless velvety texture that matches the feel of the original. In fact, distinguishing one from an original can be very difficult, even to the expert eye.

Using only very specialised inks, the prints have the remarkable colour saturation that one would expect of an original painting. The light-fast inks can achieve scores of years of longevity.

Each print is part of a limited edition of 295 and is individually hand signed by the artist. The prints are produced on special, high quality acid free Hahnemuhle watercolour paper.

Printed Linen Blocks (available for prints of plants with Animal names only)
These strikingly modern panels are perfect for interior decoration. The paintings are reproduced as prints on linen and then stretched on stretcher blocks to a depth of approximately 1 inch. They are ready to hang and do not require any further framing.

PAYING FOR YOUR PRINTS
Items can be paid for using Paypal, the established global payments system. With over 100 million account holders in more than 103 countries and regions, Paypal provides businesses and individuals with a secure method to pay or get paid.

When you add an item to your order through the website, you will automatically be transferred to the secure Paypal website to complete your purchase. If you already have a Paypal account, you can use that to pay for your goods. If you don't have a Paypal account you can either create one (which is a quick and easy process), or alternatively you can pay using a standard credit or debit card.

All prints are priced in GB Pounds but a converter is available as a guide for other common worldwide currencies including US Dollars and Euros.

The only information we receive from you will be your e-mail address. This will not be used for any purposes other than in the process of your transaction. We do not pass on your details to other companies in full accordance with the Data Protection Act of1998.
